Information
Also known as "pop-up" or "fold down" units, they are lightweight and towable, with collapsible sides. When set up, they provide kitchen, dining and sleeping facilities.
We are proud to offer the Jayco Jay Series 1007, which sleeps seven (7) as our pop-up rental unit. As one of the top rated RV manufacturers, Jayco, and Kadco, Inc., believe you will be 100% satisfied with the whole RVing experience.
Our rental units contain:
- 2-burner stove (can be used inside or outside)
- 16,000 BTU auto-ignition furnace
- 7,000 BTU roof mounted air conditioner
- refrigerator
- hot water heater
- water hookup with 25' hose
- electric hookup
- freestanding dinette table

Our rentals are on a first come first serve basis, so please call as soon as possible to reserve your preferred vacation dates!
In-Season Rates
April 1st though October 31st:

Do you need more time?
An Additional Daily Rate of $95.00 per night can be applied to your rental, upon availability.
Off-Season Rates
November 1st through March 31st:
During off-season, there is a three day minimum rental which can be scheduled at your convenience, at $85.00 per night (plus tax and deposit).
Rental Terms
Please note that there are no returns or pick-up on Sundays or holidays, and there are no refunds for early returns or late pick-ups.
Additional daily rate is $95.00 per day upon availability.
If your vehicle needs a hitch, we will be happy to install one. A one week lead time is required, and costs vary depending on the make and model of your vehicle.

Your rental fee may be applied toward the purchase of a new Jayco pop-up for up to one week after the return of the rental unit.
